2. Can I Override Limits on an Order?
Some products may have order limits due to inventory availability or other restrictions. If you need to place a larger order or think the limit is preventing you from completing your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with your request.
3. How Do I Correct My Order After Placing It?
If you've made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item, incorrect shipping address):
- Immediately Contact Us: Email us at info@imb.org, or submit our contact form.
*We’ll do our best to make the correction before the order ships, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
4. How Can I Request Expedited Shipping?
If you need your order urgently, we offer expedited shipping options:
- During Checkout: Select the expedited shipping option available when placing your order.
- For Existing Orders: If you’ve already placed your order and need to expedite it, please contact us. We’ll work to upgrade your shipping if the order has not yet been processed.
5. How Do I Return a Banner/Kit?
Every order for a banner kit should include a pre-paid return label. Simply ship the banner back using this label in the box that it arrived in. If your package did not include a return label, contact us and we will send a new one to you.
